Donkey Kong City: "Captive Cruise Ship"

My wife and I are longtime fans of the Donkey Kong Country series. This is the first world map, as part of our idea for what a new sequel could be like.

SETUP:
DK and friends receive a mysterious invitation to a Kong family reunion cruise. Once aboard, they quickly discover it's a trap setup by their old foe, K. Rool! Can our heroes survive the choppy waters, nefarious gangsters, & high-rising rooftops of this next adventure?
